Niceville recognizes 2025 Employees of the Year for service and dedication

NICEVILLE, Fla. — The City of Niceville has announced its 2025 Employees of the Year, recognizing staff members from multiple departments for their service, professionalism, and commitment to the community.

According to the City of Niceville, the annual recognition highlights employees who consistently go above and beyond in their roles and contribute to the day-to-day operations that keep city services running effectively.

The City of Niceville also announced its 2025 Public Works Supervisor of the Year and Department Head of the Year.

Parks Department Supervisor Ben Hall was named Public Works Supervisor of the Year, and Niceville Chief of Police Mark Hayse was selected as Department Head of the Year, according to the City of Niceville.
