NICEVILLE, Fla. — The City of Niceville has announced its 2025 Employees of the Year, recognizing staff members from multiple departments for their service, professionalism, and commitment to the community.
According to the City of Niceville, the annual recognition highlights employees who consistently go above and beyond in their roles and contribute to the day-to-day operations that keep city services running effectively.
The following employees were named 2025 City of Niceville Employees of the Year by department:

— Trisha Greene, Finance
— Amy Hale, Procurement
— Sara Lyttle, Library
— Ella Brinton, Innovation & Technology
— Chrystal Hisey, Parks
— Nick Hunt, Streets
— Chris Stokes, Fire
— Sierra Eakins, Police
— Logan Lieb, Water & Wastewater
— Doug Fowler, Sanitation
— Tito Moore, Vehicle Maintenance
— Philip Schultz, Administration
The City of Niceville also announced its 2025 Public Works Supervisor of the Year and Department Head of the Year.
Parks Department Supervisor Ben Hall was named Public Works Supervisor of the Year, and Niceville Chief of Police Mark Hayse was selected as Department Head of the Year, according to the City of Niceville.
According to the City of Niceville, the annual awards reflect the collective effort of employees across all departments who support residents and visitors throughout the year.
