Jessica Joubert, a senior at Niceville High School, recently earned a ServSafe certification for successfully completing the standards for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Program. The ServSafe Program leads the way in providing comprehensive educational materials to the restaurant industry through face-to-face and online instruction.
More than five million foodservice professionals have been certified through the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute-Conference for Food Protection.
ServSafe training and certification is recognized by more federal, state and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification.
