Niceville corporal earns Rotary Officer of the Year honor

NICEVILLE, Fla. — Corporal Christopher Forrester has been named Officer of the Year by the Niceville-Valparaiso Rotary Club, according to the Niceville Police Department.

The recognition highlights Corporal Forrester’s service to both the Niceville Police Department and the community.

The Niceville Police Department said Corporal Forrester is known for stepping in wherever help is needed, whether serving as a School Crossing Guard, School Resource Officer, repairing vehicles, fixing equipment around the building, helping move items, or assisting other city departments.

“Let’s face it, he’s our jack of all trades, and we’re fortunate to have him on our team.”
