IMMOKALEE, Fla — The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is offering two new limited entry spring turkey hunts at the Florida Panther National Wildlife Refuge, located in Immokalee, Fla.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is teaming up with the USFWS to issue 15 limited entry quota permits for each of the following hunts: March 12-13 and March 26-27.

The application period is occurring outside of the normal cycle to allow hunting opportunities during the 2022 hunt season.

In 2023, the application period for this hunt will coincide with the normal limited entry/quota hunt application period for spring turkey.
