NICEVILLE, Fla, MAY 3 — The Florida Department of Health reports this morning the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Okaloosa County is 160, two new cases since Saturday morning. The number of confirmed cases in Niceville remains at 21.

NICEVILLE, Fla — The Florida Department of Health reports this morning the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Okaloosa County is 160, two new cases since Saturday morning. The number of confirmed cases in Niceville remains at 21.

The number of hospitalizations in Okaloosa is 25, the same number as yesterday.

The number of deaths in Okaloosa County remains unchanged at five.

To date, 2,908 tests reportedly have been performed in Okaloosa County.

Here’s the latest breakdown by city in Okaloosa (note that the city is not always reported as part of the initial notification and may be missing while the case is being investigated):

  • Fort Walton Beach, 61, one more case
  • Destin, 30, no change
  • Niceville, 21, no change
  • Crestview, 18, one more case
  • Shalimar, 12, no change
  • Mary Esther, 8, one more case
  • Eglin AFB, 2, no change
  • Laurel Hill, 1, no change
