NICEVILLE, Fla — The Florida Department of Health reports this morning the cumulative number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Okaloosa County is 344, seven more since yesterday morning. The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Niceville and Valparaiso is 40.The state recorded 2,783 new cases since yesterday morning, the biggest ever increase.
The number of tests conducted per day in Florida over the past month is unchanged, while average cases more than doubled.
The number of hospitalizations related to coronavirus in Okaloosa is 50, no change.
The number of deaths in Okaloosa County remains unchanged at six.
