The project will stretch from just east of U.S. 29 to just east of Davis Highway, also known as State Road 291, Exit 13.

According to the FDOT, the work includes new pavement, upgraded guardrails, enhanced stormwater management, and improved roadway signage and striping.

Motorists should expect minor traffic shifts and periodic lane closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. during construction hours. The project is expected to be complete in early 2026.
