Locally owned and operated by Wes and Stephanie Pettis, Hair Express is located at Palm Plaza in the heart of Niceville, where it has been a fixture for the past 20 years. Originally, Hair Express was located in Valparaiso, opening in 1978. Starting out next to the post office then moving to a small A-frame building on Edge Avenue at the red light.
