Johna Jones, who serves as an Indirect Lending Officer, was recognized for her dedication, proactive approach, and positive attitude. Ms Jones joined the Credit Union in August 2017 and is said to exemplify EFCU’s core values of respect, trustworthiness, dedication, engagement, and initiative.

She began as a Title Processor and was promoted multiple times, most recently to Indirect Lending Officer II in December 2021.

“I really love my job at the Credit Union,” Ms Jones said.

“I love helping our members with their loans so they can have the best auto-buying experience possible. And I love the team I work with. We all help each other, and the camaraderie is fantastic. Our department gets along so well that we even do things together outside of work. This is my home away from home.”

The 5-Star Performer Award is part of EFCU’s quarterly employee recognition program. Nominees are selected based on peer submissions highlighting how they demonstrate the Credit Union’s Five-Star Values.

Ms Jones was nominated by a colleague who praised her for inspiring others with her friendliness and work ethic, saying she is a “dedicated and hard worker who genuinely cares about the Credit Union and its members.”

“Her positive attitude and proactive nature inspire everyone around her. Johna’s unwavering commitment to Eglin FCU and its members, coupled with her ability to earn trust and deliver her best, rain or shine, make her an invaluable asset to our team.”
