The Flying Needles Quilt Guild of Niceville work hard to make charitable donations to help those in need in our area.  This year the donation of their time and talents were in support of the 56 children living at the Children In Crisis Neighborhood.

The donation included:  60 Stockings, 16 Quilts and 15 Pillowcases.

Ken Hair, President and CEO, Children in Crisis, discussed how children grow and progress at the CIC Neighborhood. Children in Crisis has given a home to over 660 children since 2008. In thanking the guild members for the donation, Hair stated, “Your hands did this and the children feel your love”.

Flying Needles Quilt Guild of Niceville is a group of very talented individuals of all ages and experience brought together through their love of fabrics, quilting, and sewing. Members utilize their talents to contribute to non-profit organizations serving those less fortunate.
