Emerald Coast Title Services will open its new Fort Walton Beach office on June 1 at 207 Ferry Road SE, expanding its presence in the downtown area. (Contributed)

FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. — Emerald Coast Title Services is moving to a new office in downtown Fort Walton Beach on June 1, 2025.

The company is relocating to a larger space at 207 Ferry Road SE, just behind Burrito del Sol. The move is designed to better serve clients and support the company’s growing team in the Fort Walton Beach market.

“We’re excited about our continued growth,” said Dion Moniz, President of Emerald Coast Title Services.

“This new location will allow us to better serve our clients with enhanced accessibility and resources tailored to their needs.”

The company says the relocation reflects its ongoing commitment to the community and will offer a more dynamic, accessible experience for customers.

Emerald Coast Title Services invites clients, partners, and the public to visit the new office beginning June 1.
