FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. — Emerald Coast Title Services is moving to a new office in downtown Fort Walton Beach on June 1, 2025.

“We’re excited about our continued growth,” said Dion Moniz, President of Emerald Coast Title Services.

The company says the relocation reflects its ongoing commitment to the community and will offer a more dynamic, accessible experience for customers.

Emerald Coast Title Services invites clients, partners, and the public to visit the new office beginning June 1.
