EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. — Effective immediately, Eglin’s hospital laboratory is strictly for active duty service members only.
This is due to a worldwide shortage of blood collection tubes.
All current appointments are canceled.
Non-active duty beneficiaries must go to an off-base lab for collection and testing.
To get an appointment at an off-base lab, patients must call their Eglin provider to get a prescription to be seen at one of these facilities.
