Officials said all vessels must remain clear of the active hazard zone during the testing periods.

According to Eglin Air Force Base, the hazard area begins approximately seven nautical miles south of the Destin East Pass and extends to 20 nautical miles, reaching toward Santa Rosa Island.

Advisories and local notices to mariners will be broadcast on Channel 16 and on HF upper sideband 2182 KHZ by the Eglin Joint Test and Training Operations Control Center.
