FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. — The Florida Department of Health in Okaloosa County (DOH-Okaloosa) has issued a water quality advisory for two locations in Fort Walton Beach.
According to the DOH-Okaloosa, water tests completed on Monday, July 21, showed that the water quality at Marler Park, located at 1275 Santa Rosa Boulevard, and Emerald Promenade, located at 933 Whelk Court, does not meet the recreational water quality criteria for Enterococcus bacteria recommended by the Florida Department of Health.
