NICEVILLE, Fla. — On April 19–20, the Northwest Florida State College (NWFSC) Dance Department will present Dance Facets, where over 40 talented dancers will command the stage.
Each year, NWFSC dance students, faculty, and guest choreographers display their talents in jazz, ballet, modern, and classical dance during the two-day spring dance concert. The proceeds benefit the endowment named in honor of Frances Smith Herron.
Dance Facets showcases the best of the best chosen through competitive auditions. Those selected worked for months on their choreography and dance numbers.
With 44 outstanding dancers from both NWFSC and the community, the event promises a captivating fusion of dance forms.
Dance Facets is in the Mainstage Theatre at the Mattie Kelley Arts Center on April 19 and 20 at 7 p.m. each night. Tickets are priced at $15 for adults and $10 for ages 18 and under, with free admission for NWFSC students.
