Bella Blue Bar in Bluewater Bay celebrated its recent remodel on August 26 with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Niceville Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce.
Located in the Merchants Walk at Bluewater Bay, Bella Blue Bar offers Italian food, full bar, and live entertainment.
Owner Gary Schmitz, also owner of neighboring Ciao Bella Pizza, has announced new hours beginning in September, as follows:
Bella Blue Bar will be open Saturday and Sunday at 11 a.m. for football season; Monday–Thursday 3 p.m.–11 p.m.; Friday 3 p.m.–midnight.
The restaurant is open Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.–9 p.m.; Friday 11 a.m.–9:30 p.m.; and Saturday 12 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Bella Blue Bar and Ciao Bella offer a 10 percent discount to members of the military, and to Merchant Walk employees.
Merchants Walk is located at 4400 East Highway 20.
