The current process is:

Anyone requiring entry with guests must complete a COVID-19 memorandum to sponsor (even when requesting access to base housing.)

The memo requires a commander’s or equivalent designee’s digital signature for verification.

Forward the signed pass to the Backgrounds section organizational email box for processing.  Processing can take up to 72 hours.

Come to the West or East Gate Visitor Control Center to pick up the guest pass.  The hours for the West Gate VCC are Monday – Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.  The East Gate VCC hours are Monday – Friday 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

For further information and questions, call 850-882-2556.  To email the COVID-19 memorandum, send to 96sfs.s5b.passandreg@us.af.mil.
