Bamboo Sushi Bar and Hibachi Express is coming to Niceville. The new restaurant will be located on John Sims Parkway in the building formerly occupied by Hog Heaven BBQ (the original location of McDonalds).
Bamboo Sushi and Hibachi is expected to open in mid to late August 2015.
The Crestview location of Bamboo Sushi Bar and Hibachi Express has been in operation since 2007 and is one of the community’s popular eateries. It features Asian and Japanese dishes, as well as sushi. Bamboo Sushi Bar and Hibachi Express has a four-star rating on Yelp.com.
It is not known at this time how many employees will be hired at the Niceville location, according to a restaurant spokesperson.
