DESTIN, Fla. — Fans of bestselling author Buck Turner will have the chance to meet him in person next month during a special book signing at the Henderson Beach Resort.

The free event will take place Sunday, August 11, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the Sunset Terrace of the Henderson Beach Resort in Destin.
Mr Turner, a Tennessee native known for heartfelt Southern storytelling, will be signing copies of his novels including The Keeper of Stars, A Thousand Distant Shores, and Promises Promises. The latter is set at the Henderson itself and tells a story of love and second chances along Destin’s scenic coast.
“For years, my family and I have cherished our summers in Destin, Florida, enjoying the sunshine and exploring its pristine beaches,” said Mr Turner.
“That’s why I’m thrilled to head back this summer for an exclusive book signing at the setting that inspired Promises Promises.”

Guests at the signing will enjoy a complimentary mimosa bar and an opportunity to hear directly from Mr Turner about his upcoming release, The Rain Catcher, due out April 21, 2026.
