The appointment services, previously not available due to COVID-19, such as name, rank change and retiree and dependent ID renewal will resume.

Expired retiree and dependent IDs after January 1, 2020 are still authorized for continued use through June 30, 2021.
To those affected, it is recommended scheduling a renewal appointment at the earliest availability.
