Heartland Dental is opening near the new Starbucks at The Crossing in Niceville; both are under construction.
Heartland Dental, a national dental brand, will be opening in the retail structure currently under construction on John Sims Parkway at Revell Drive in The Crossing Shopping Center in Niceville.
The City of Niceville Planning Department has received plans for Heartland Dental and Starbucks, both of which will be located in the new four-unit complex. No plans have been received thus far for the remaining units. Valparaiso Realty, which owns the shopping center, has not returned a phone call seeking additional information on the other possible tenants.
Heartland Dental is the largest dental support organization (DSO) in the United States. In 2016, Heartland Dental increased its supported office count to over 750 offices in 34 states, adding Maine and Colorado. Heartland Dental is based in Effingham, Illinois.
Another national dental DSO, Aspen Dental, is opening just west of The Crossing at the Oak Creek Shopping Center near Dunkin’ Donuts.
A McAlister’s Deli location will open in between Dunkin’ Donuts and Aspen Dental.
