SANTA ROSA BEACH, Fla. — Eglin Federal Credit Union has announced the opening of a new ATM and Video Teller drive-thru location in Santa Rosa Beach, expanding services for members in Walton County.
The new facility is located at 4634 U.S. Highway 98 W., next to Louis Louis Restaurant. According to Eglin Federal Credit Union, members can access the ATM drive-thru 24 hours a day using an Eglin FCU ATM or debit card.
The credit union said customers may also connect with a local Video Teller by touching the ATM/Video Teller screen during operating hours. Video Teller service is available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Fridays until 7 p.m.
According to Eglin FCU, Video Tellers are local employees working from the Operations Center in Fort Walton Beach. They can assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and general account questions.
“We are excited to open our beautiful drive-thru location in Santa Rosa Beach, located right next to Louis Louis Restaurant,” said Eglin Federal Credit Union President and CEO Cathie Staton.
She said said the Santa Rosa Beach opening follows continued growth in Walton County. Its Freeport branch, which opened in 2024, received the Scenic Walton Design Excellence Award last year. She added that the upcoming full-service DeFuniak Springs branch is expected to feature a similar design style.
“Our employees are looking forward to providing 5-Star Service, Support, and Solutions to more Eglin Federal Credit Union members in Walton County,” said Ms Staton.
According to the credit union, those interested in becoming members can review eligibility requirements online through the Membership Eligibility Wizard and apply online through the Eglin FCU website.
