Henry A. Glenn, 47, is charged with one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine mixture, three counts of distribution of more than 50 grams of methamphetamine mixture, and two counts of distribution of methamphetamine, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

U.S. Attorney John P. Heekin announced the charges.

Glenn appeared in federal court for arraignment before U.S. Magistrate Judge Zachary C. Bolitho in Pensacola.

Mr Glenn is scheduled for jury trial on May 4, 2026, at 8 a.m. before U.S. District Judge M. Casey Rodgers.

If convicted, he faces up to life imprisonment.

The Drug Enforcement Administration and the Walton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher C. Patterson is prosecuting it.

An indictment is an allegation by a grand jury and is not evidence of guilt.

More from Crime/Public Safety

Mr Glenn is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.
