NICEVILLE, Fla. — Just in time for Halloween 2025, Spirit Halloween is preparing to open its first Niceville location in the Oak Creek Shopping Center, taking over the former Badcock Furniture space.
The pop-up store will give locals a one-stop destination for everything spooky, from costumes for kids, adults, and pets to animatronics and decorations for transforming homes into haunted houses.
With more than 1,500 locations across the United States and Canada, Spirit Halloween is known as the largest seasonal Halloween retailer in North America. This year, Niceville joins the map of cities hosting a store.

The retailer is said to be stocked with trending costumes inspired by movies, TV, and gaming, along with licensed merchandise from Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, and other fan favorites. Shoppers can also expect family, group, and pet costumes, plus shelves filled with wigs, masks, and makeup.
For those looking to go all out with their Halloween displays, the store will reportedly carry fog machines, eerie lighting effects, tombstones, spider webs, and the chain’s signature interactive animatronics.
Spirit Halloween is expected to open soon in Niceville, giving residents a chance to get dressed up, decked out, and ready for the October holiday without leaving town.
