The graduates, who hold leadership positions in various criminal justice agencies, completed the FDLE’s Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute program after participating in three intensive sessions hosted at the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

The seminar covered key topics for effective leadership, including crisis communication, critical thinking, proactive leadership, organizational management, resilience, emotional intelligence, and servant leadership.

Established in 1990 by the Florida Legislature, the Florida Criminal Justice Executive Institute operates under the FDLE in partnership with the State University System of Florida. The institute aims to provide advanced training and education to meet the evolving needs of the criminal justice field.
