Niceville police responded to 58 traffic crashes, issued 165 tickets in March

NICEVILLE, Fla. — The Niceville Police Department responded to 3,626 calls for police assistance during March 2023, the city manager’s office has announced.

According to the report, the Niceville Police Department issued 58 traffic crash reports involving 117 vehicles and one pedestrian. The damage to the vehicles involved and the related property was estimated at $489,660.

Niceville police issued 165 traffic citations and 250 traffic warnings, the city manager’s office said.

There were 15 arrests on misdemeanor charges and 10 arrests on felony charges, according to the report. There was one DUI arrest reported.
