SHALIMAR, Fla. — What do you think? Is he a “Bo” (Beaux), a “Roscoe”, or a “Parker”? Those are the choices!

Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office employees submitted dozens of potential names for the agency’s new bloodhound puppy to Sheriff Eric Aden over the long weekend and those names have now been narrowed down to just three contenders.

That’s where the community is invited to step in. The OCSO wants your input on choosing this boy’s name.

Choose between Bo, Roscoe, and Parker on the OCSO Facebook Page.

The 12-week-old bundle of energy with the super sniffer is currently undergoing training with his handler, OCSO Deputy Tim Patterson. This is the agency’s first K9 bloodhound.

To participate, go to the OCSO Facebook Page, look at that little mug and enter the name from those three choices that you think best suits him.

Only one vote per person, please. The survey ends Wednesday morning at 8 a.m.
