Early voting underway in Okaloosa County

NICEVILLE, Fla — Early voting begins today and continues through August 15 in Okaloosa County ahead of the August 18 primary elections. Registered voters may vote at their choice of early voting location in Shalimar, Crestview, Destin, and Niceville.

NICEVILLE, Fla — Early voting begins today and continues through August 15 in Okaloosa County ahead of the August 18 primary elections.

Registered voters may vote at their choice of early voting location in Shalimar, Crestview, Destin, and Niceville. Voting hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, including Sunday.

Okaloosa County offices up for election are Superintendent of Schools, school board member, and three county commission seats. The County Commissioner District 5 race is open only to Republicans; the winner will face off against a candidate with no party affiliation in November.

Republicans also will choose the Republican candidate for State Representative District 4, who will face Democrat John Plante in November.

Supervisor of Elections Office, Crestview

Destin Community Center, Destin

Niceville City Hall, Niceville
