NICEVILLE, Fla — The Florida Department of Health reports this morning the cumulative number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Okaloosa County is 906, 26 more since yesterday morning. The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Niceville and Valparaiso is 80.
Statewide, the number of cases is 200,111 an increase of 10,059 since yesterday morning.
The number of cumulative resident hospitalizations related to coronavirus in Okaloosa is 64, no change. There are 21 people with COVID-19 in Okaloosa hospitals: 10 in ICU beds. There are 10 open ICU beds remaining in Okaloosa County.
The number of deaths in Okaloosa County is eight, no change since yesterday. Okaloosa recorded two deaths last week.
