Cold Creek BBQ is best known in the Niceville area for its slow-cooked, hardwood-smoked ribs, pulled pork, Texas-style brisket, chicken, sausage, and cured turkey.
New offerings at Cold Creek BBQ Valparaiso include a few new burgers, fish, and grilled chicken.
While draft beer is not currently available, it will be soon, said Bartlett.
Located in an out building at the Oak Creek Shopping Center since 2015 (the former Niceville Gardening Center building), Cold Creek BBQ lost its lease and closed its Niceville location in April. The building is reportedly being moved to another location in the city to make room for new construction in the Oak Creek Shopping Center.
The Valparaiso Cold Creek BBQ seats about 95 in the main dining room and a room will be available soon for large parties, meetings, and the like. The former location seated about 65 inside.
Cold Creek BBQ Valparaiso is open Monday-Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Phone 517-1527.
