Going South of the Border will be a short trip for Bluewater Bay residents: A Taco Bell restaurant is now under construction in the neighborhood. Two other new businesses, a gym, and an oil change business are opening in Niceville.
The Bluewater Taco Bell is under construction at the former location of Sonic Drive-in at 4573 East Hwy. 20 in Niceville.

In Niceville, a new 24-hour gym, Workout Anytime, will be opening in the Palm Plaza. Workout Anytime operates over 100 franchised locations, including Fort Walton Beach and Destin.
Another 24-hour gym, Anytime Fitness, has announced it too is coming to Niceville soon. Anytime Fitness operates over 3,000 franchised locations, including one in Fort Walton Beach.
Take 5 Oil Change is opening at 1213 John Sims Parkway, (the intersection of John Sims Parkway and Wise Avenue). Take 5 Oil Change has numerous locations across the South, including a location in Pensacola.
