Destin Commons saw two new store openings this past week. Victoria’s Secret moved from its previous location and re-opened across from H&M. Along with receiving a face lift and boasting a 50% increase in size, a dedicated PINK store was also added. High Cotton Clothing Co. also opened their new store featuring a touch of Southern charm and class with men’s and women’s clothing. Both stores are located on South Street in Destin Commons’ expansion area.
Victoria’s Secret has been at Destin Commons since the outdoor lifestyle center’s opening in 2003. Their collection of lingerie, swimwear, sleepwear, shoes, perfume and beauty products are artfully showcased in 7,500 square feet of interior space. Owned by L Brands, an international retail company who also own Bath & Body Works, Pink, La Senza and Henri Bendel. More than 40% of L Brands sales are generated by Victoria’s Secret.
High Cotton Clothing Co. offers a variety of high quality classic clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories made in the South for gentlemen and ladies. Their clothing brands such as Coastal Cotton, Fish Hippie, Over Under, State Traditions and others, are all made in the U.S.A. with the finest of cotton. High Cotton Clothing Co. is the first retail store for local owners Colby Anderson and Luke Andrews who both grew up in DeFuniak Springs and now reside in Santa Rosa Beach.
Award-winning Destin Commons is anchored by Bass Pro Shops, Belk, H&M, Uncle Buck’s Fishbowl & Grill, and AMC Destin, a 14-screen stadium style movie theatre.
