NYP makes book donation to Friends of the Niceville Library

Niceville Young Professionals Niceville FL

The Niceville Young Professionals (NYP) presented Helen Wise, Friends of the Niceville Library Volunteer, with over 100 books collected by the group in August. The books, plus many more, will be available for purchase at the Friends of the Library Fundraiser Book Sale/Bake Sale, Saturday, September 17, 8:30 am – 2:00 pm at the Niceville Library.

All proceeds from the book and bake sale will benefit the Niceville Public Library. The annual sale features thousands of books for $1 or less. On Friday, September 16th, from 4 pm – 6 pm there will be a preview sale for Friends of the Niceville Library Members, memberships will be available at the door.

Throughout the month of October NYP members will collect clothes, household items and financial contributions for the Bargain Box, a ministry of Crosspoint Niceville. Items in good condition can be dropped off at the Niceville Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce during normal business hours. Large items and donations can be taken directly to the bargain box.

Niceville Young Professionals is accepting new members, information on the group can be found on the Niceville Young Professional’s Facebook page. NYP is an emerging group of young professionals committed to making measurable and significant impacts in both their personal and professional lives, as well as in the Niceville and Valparaiso communities.
