NICEVILLE, FLA, MAY 14, 2020 — The Florida Department of Health reports this morning the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Okaloosa County is 172, two more cases since yesterday morning. The number of confirmed cases in Niceville is 24.

NICEVILLE, Fla — The Florida Department of Health reports this morning the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Okaloosa County is 172, two more cases since yesterday morning. The number of confirmed cases in Niceville is 24.

The number of hospitalizations in Okaloosa is 27, one more since yesterday.

The number of deaths in Okaloosa County remains unchanged at five.

To date, 3,394 tests reportedly have been performed in Okaloosa County.

Here’s the latest breakdown by city in Okaloosa (note that the city is not always reported as part of the initial notification and may be missing while the case is being investigated):

  • Fort Walton Beach, 65, no change
  • Destin, 31, no change
