April Dokianos, owner and instructor of FIT4MOM Niceville, has over 10 years of fitness experience including serving as Exercise Physiologist at Hurlburt Field. While at Hurlburt, April designed the only post pregnancy physical training program in the Air Force. The program won best practice in 2014.
Now April and her instructors create a “village” for moms where they can work out with their little ones and participate in playdates and moms’ night out activities.
