Early voting for the August 30 Primary Election will be held Saturday, Aug 20 – Saturday, August 27. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on all days.

This year there are several closed primary races and four Universal Primary Contests—State Representative District 3, Sheriff, Property Appraiser, and Superintendent of Schools. Universal Primary races are open to all voters regardless of party affiliation.

There is no run-off for these races either, so whoever receives the highest number of votes will win on August 30.

There are also two School Board races this year. We elect our School Board “at-large,” so all voters vote for all members regardless of the district in which you live.

For more information, visit the Supervisor of Elections website.
