The biggest race on the bay is fast approaching. The 2016 Single Handed Race sponsored by Budweiser and Bluewater Bay Marina Complex in Niceville will be held on October 15, 2016. It is the 23rd annual event.
Upwards of 30 boats participate in this race. The race is for everyone. his is a single handers race and only one person per boat.
A short race for fun, challenge, and perhaps bragging rights is planned.
Skippers meeting and registration will be held Friday, October 14, 6:00 pm at LJ Schooners Dockside Oyster Bar. The Bermuda start race format will be used. Exact start times will be assigned at skippers meeting on Friday night.
