WALTON COUNTY, Fla.—The U.S. Marshals Task Force, which includes members of the Walton County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO), has captured an Alabama man wanted for failing to appear on charges of rape and incest.
Brandon Lee Edward Houston, 28, of Rainbow City, Ala., was taken into custody on Thursday on Lake Rosemary Circle in DeFuniak Springs, according to a post on the WCSO Facebook page.
Mr Houston was wanted out of Etowah County, Alabama.
In 2020, Rainbow City Police initially detained Houston on one count of first-degree rape and one count of incest. The charges are related to an incident allegedly occurring in January at a mobile home park in Rainbow City.
