Superior Residences of Niceville and the Niceville Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated a grand reopening of Superior Residences’ newly remodeled facility and the conversion of half the building to an Enhanced Assisted Living Community. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to mark the event.
Superior Residences of Niceville offers senior living services for those at all levels of Alzheimer’s and other dementia related diagnosis. The assisted living facility incorporates a homelike community where each resident receives a customized service plan in a facility specially designed to meet the needs of memory-care patients.
The new enhanced assisted living provides residents with round-the-clock staff, onsite therapies and activities, transportation to medical appointments, and services to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Residences also enjoy frequent outings to local events, shopping, entertainment, and more.
Superior Residences of Niceville offers overnight Respite Stays and Day Stays Program, a solution for working caregivers or those needing a well-deserved break.
Caregivers can bring loved ones to stay for a few hours, all day, overnight or several days. This is often a viable option for memory care patients who have had a recent illness or hospitalization and need assistance above the ability of their everyday caregiver, including medical services or therapy before returning home. A licensed nurse administers medications and assists with medical needs. An Alzheimer’s Support Group is also available for caregivers.
If you would like to know more about the services provided at Superior Residences of Niceville, stop by to meet the staff and tour the facility at 2300 Partin Dr. N., Niceville, or visit them online at superiorniceville.com or call (850) 897-2244.
