CRESTVIEW, Fla. – On Monday, August 1, 2022, an overnight westbound lane closure will take place on a portion of PJ Adams Parkway, Okaloosa County has announced.
Road crews will be working overnight on PJ Adams Parkway to install a storm drainage structure as part of the PJ Adams Parkway widening project.
An overnight westbound lane closure is necessary west of Northview Drive from 8 p.m. on Monday to 5 a.m. on Tuesday. It is possible for the work to take two nights or longer depending upon weather or other unavoidable delays, the county said.
Because the westbound lanes will be restricted, traffic congestion is possible. Motorists should use caution and be prepared to slow down.
The work site will be illuminated, and flagmen will be present during this time, the county said.
