Northwest Florida State College’s Hurlburt Field campus was named one of the top 25 military test centers in the nation that administered the most College Level Examination Program (CLEP) exams.
CLEP is a group of standardized tests administered by College Board, a mission-driven not-for-profit organization that connects students to college success and opportunity. These tests assess college-level knowledge areas and provide a mechanism for earning college credits without taking college courses.
CLEP exams are offered in 33 introductory-level college subjects. CLEP the most widely accepted credit-by-examination program, available at more than 2,900 colleges and universities.
“Service to our military community is among our highest priorities at NWF State,” said Dr. Devin Stephenson, President. “Preparing these honorable men and women and their families to be their best both academically and professionally is a core component of our mission to improve lives in Northwest Florida.”
NWF State is an official “Military Friendly School” and offers a variety of specialized services and programs for members of the military, veterans and their dependents.
