Niceville man arrested on drug charges, police seize drugs

NICEVILLE, Fla. – A Niceville man has been arrested on drug charges following the execution of a search warrant for his home by Niceville Police Department (NPD).

According to the NPD, on March 30, 2022, Percy Jermaine Williams, 44, of Niceville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of controlled substance without prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported that, following a two-month-long investigation, NPD detectives and officers on Wednesday afternoon executed a search warrant.

During the search, police said they found approximately six pounds of marijuana in the home, along with Molly, Xanax, THC edibles, dabs and drug paraphernalia.
