In conjunction with the Niceville Christmas Parade on December 2, 2017, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty has given away a playhouse to a local family.
On Saturday, December 2, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty entered the Niceville Christmas Parade with a small playhouse on a trailer accompanied by a banner stating, “Providing Homes for All Ages,” along with a small sign that encouraged all viewers of the parade to enter a raffle to win the playhouse.
The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty float was such a hit with the crowd, that it took home the win for best float at the parade.
Andrea Deangelis, of Niceville, won the playhouse raffle at a drawing on December 12, 2017. A military family, the Deangelises took home the playhouse to their two young sons.
“That’s what we do,” says Chanie Erb, who headed the project for the realty company. “We find houses for people.”
