The Niceville High School Eaglettes Dance Team was recognized at the January 27th School Board meeting for placing first recently in the UDA Alabama State Championship competition in Birmingham, Alabama.
The Eaglettes placed 1st in the out-of-state division of Varsity Hip Hop and placed 2nd in the out-of-state division of Varsity Jazz.
The team was also awarded the “Sportsmanship Award” for all varsity teams.
Eaglettes members are: Laurel Browning, Jessi Miceli, Lexi Grandgenett, Katie Armstrong, Jessie Saris, Grace Barton, Skylar Barrett, Allison Schwartz, Johannah Wolfe, Desiree Manard, Taylor Anderson, Alexa Verzwyvelt, and Ally Greer.
