New construction in Valparaiso reportedly belongs to government

At this point, we cannot tell you much about the building other than what we’ve learned from the City of Valparaiso: the building belongs to the Federal government.

You have probably seen the new construction of a building next to Simpler Carpet & Tile on Government Avenue in Valparaiso and wondered what’s going up. New construction piques our interest here at Niceville.com, too, so we always look into it and then report what we learn to our readers.

Right now we cannot tell you much about the building other than what we’ve learned from the City of Valparaiso: the building belongs to the Federal government.

Could it be the FBI or ATF?  Perhaps. Maybe something to do with Social Security? We’re told city officials don’t know.

Workers at the site report they don’t know who owns the building or what it is going to be.
