Artists from New York Theatre Ballet train students

Ms. Paolucci and Mr. Duncan have danced professionally all over the country and set choreographic pieces on several dance companies, said Swain. The pair have been training students at Inspire in conditioning through the study of Progressive Ballet Technique, Variations, modern, partnering, and boy’s class, she said.

Students at Inspire Ballet and Fine Arts in Valparaiso had the great privilege of training this past week under the astute instruction of a pair of veteran artists with New York Theatre Ballet. The students will showcase what they have learned at a public performance on Friday afternoon.

According to Brittany Swain, Co-Director of Inspire Ballet and Fine Arts, students trained under Christina Paolucci, former Executive Director and Principle dancer with New York Theatre Ballet and Julliard graduate, and her husband, Terence Duncan, former Principle Dancer with NYTB, faculty member of Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School and current Director of Dance at County College of Morris in New Jersey.
