One of the two new hotels planned for Niceville is under construction on John Sims Parkway at the former location of Tisa’s restaurant and motel.
The new Holiday Inn Express and Suites will be located at 410 John Sims Parkway West. It is part of a retail complex that reportedly will include shopping and dining. The center is being developed by Huff Homes.
Another hotel, TownePlace Suites by Marriott, is planned for the southwest corner of Highway 85 North and Niceville Avenue, just south of Generations Church. It will have 79 rooms.
The hotel is being developed by Optimal Hospitality Solutions of Fort Walton Beach. According to its website, the Niceville TownePlace Suites will be complete in 2019.
