VALPARAISO, Fla. — Creative firm and solutionist agency Frances Roy recently announced Ryan Cobb has been selected to fill its newly created operations coordinator position.
Cobb is responsible for day-to-day agency operations as well as the logistics associated with events.
Shantelle Dedicke, Frances Roy’s president and chief creative officer, noted the importance of the additional role.
“Deliberate growth requires a thoughtful approach in regards to team development, and the role of an operations coordinator is a crucial and strategic step toward FRA’s future,” said Dedicke.

Cobb was born in Annapolis, Maryland, and raised in Livermore, California. Growing up, Cobb spent most of his time outside playing sports or playing video games with friends.
He graduated from Livermore High School in 2014. After graduation, Cobb worked in the service industry. His service industry jobs allowed him to strengthen his work ethic and improve his skills in the hospitality industry.
Cobb is driven, creative, organized, and a fast learner. His growth mindset and excitement to try new things make him a great addition to the Frances Roy team.
