Food Truck Frenzy is May 2-6

CRESTVIEW, Fla. – More than a dozen local food trucks are expected to take part in the 2022 Food Truck Frenzy at the Okaloosa County Jail in Crestview during the week of May 2-6.

The 2nd annual event is being held in recognition of National Correctional Officers Week and National Nurses Appreciation Week, May 2-6.

The food trucks will be on-site to show their support for the bravery of Okaloosa’s correctional officers, according to an announcement by the Okaloosa Board of County Commissioners.

The community is invited to attend and to learn how they can support the often-overlooked local staff at the Okaloosa County Department of Corrections.
